Upward Bound provides free services to students, including:
- Tutoring
- HSAP/SAT/ACT prep
- Academic advising
- Guidance in choosing and applying to colleges
- Access to the college's library and technology centers
- Information for scholarship opportunities
- Fee waivers for SAT/ACT tests
- A 6-week summer component
- College prep courses
- and Cultural events
